To be honest the argument was realistic enough but I’m still mad. Very mad at the fact that everyone is telling Haru to go for pro swimming. You’re fucking up kyoani, you dun fucked up good job.

There are other things this boy can do but oh no you have to make everyone tell him he should go pro. Make someone who doesn’t even really know him guilt trip him by telling him his friend will quit swimming if he doesn’t continue it and mention how they can’t do it anymore so they should be doing it in their place.

I can’t believe that this is what Haru’s character is going to be reduced to. He’s only going to swim so Rin can be happy? Of course of course that makes sense I keep forgetting who we’re dealing with here. Who needs a main character that can decide things for themselves. Who needs a main character that can actually get well thought out, consistent development. 

So we’re going to have Haru in one episode realise that pro swimming is what he wants? This will be a laugh. I’m going to see how this is handled because it’s either going to make me more angry and just piss myself with laughter. They just don’t give a shit anymore do they?
